Sensory Notes

Aroma

Elegant, intense, captivating. The varietal expression of citrus fruits, tomato leaf and almond is enhanced by fruity notes of apricot and yellow peach with floral hints of jasmine flowers and cedar peel. An aromatic effect that is almost viscous in its intensity and structure.

Pairings

Traditional as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with cured prosciutto, salami and sausages in general; it also goes well with fish dishes and fresh and fatty cheeses.
